With Marternator, the ultrasonic marten repeller, you can effectively scare martens away from your vehicle. This unit uses piercing ultrasonic waves above 20 kHz, which are invisible to humans but unpleasant for martens. It connects to the car's 12V power supply and requires no chemical substances, making it gentle on both the environment and your equipment.

To ensure optimal effect, it is recommended to remove any scent marks from martens, as these can attract them back. Thorough cleaning of the engine and parking area is essential to prevent martens from feeling the need to defend their territory.

Installation

1. Connect the red cable to the + side of the car battery and the black cable to the - side.
2. Connect the optional green cable to the engine's + power, which indicates whether the engine is running.
3. If the green cable is connected, the unit will operate when the car engine is switched off and stop when the engine is started.
4. When connected correctly, the LED will first flash and then light up continuously.

Please note that the high ultrasonic waves can cause significant stress for martens. Although we cannot guarantee that martens will be completely driven away in all cases, they will generally move away from the unpleasant sounds.
