Frequently asked questions
Gecko Wax Shield Carnauba is easy to use; start by cleaning the car's surface, apply the wax with a clean cloth, and then polish to achieve a shiny finish. It is a quick process that effectively protects the paintwork.
With the high concentration of carnauba wax and protective polymers, the wax offers long-lasting protection, ideal for year-round use. However, it depends on weather conditions and the maintenance of the car, but generally, you can expect several months of effective protection.
It is recommended to reapply the wax as needed, typically every three to four months, depending on climate and the car's exposure to road conditions. Since this wax provides robust protection, you may be able to stretch the time between applications.
Yes, this wax is ideal for winter preparation as it protects against snow, salt, and other winter elements while keeping the paint looking great. Its hydrophobic effect makes it easier to keep the car clean in winter weather.
