5in1 Instant Gasket in black is a liquid sealant that is ideal for engines with oxygen sensors. It is perfect for making replacement sealing solutions for valve covers, gearboxes, oil pans, water pumps, thermostat housings, axle housings, exhaust manifolds and many other applications. This sealant is resistant to high temperatures up to +260 °C (500 °F) for short periods.

Instructions for use

The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Cut the tip to the desired thickness. Turn the regulator to open the valve, which raises the piston to maximum. Place the tip at the start of the joints to be made. Press the piston and draw the tip along the joints in a smooth motion.

The amount of sealant being dispensed can be controlled by turning the regulator back. After use, the regulator must be turned all the way back so that the piston is lowered and the valve is closed. Insert the sealing cap to delay curing of the sealant in the tip. If the joint needs to be disassembled later, apply a little oil to one of the contact surfaces.
